Fix the tracking first
We won't spend a rupee on ads until we can actually measure what's working.
Tracking comes first. Until you can see which spend turns into customers, every other decision is a guess. Once it's measurable, we run campaigns you can actually read.
We run paid acquisition where the reporting ends at revenue rather than reach. Campaigns, landing pages and tracking are built together, because spend on traffic that lands on a weak page is spend on nothing.

The work
We won't spend a rupee on ads until we can actually measure what's working.
We go where your customers actually are - not just where it's trendy.
Campaigns go live, we watch what happens, and we make changes fast.
Simple. We put more into what's returning and stop wasting money on what isn't.
Detail
If people are already searching for what you sell, search ads capture existing demand and are usually the fastest route to a measurable return.
If they don't yet know your category exists, paid social creates demand instead - slower to prove, and it needs creative volume rather than keyword precision. Most businesses only need one of the two to start.
Enough to gather signal. Below roughly $1,000–1,500 a month in ad spend, most accounts can't collect enough conversions to optimise against, and you end up paying to learn nothing.
We'll say when a budget is too small to test properly. Running it anyway is a way of spending money to confirm you didn't spend enough.
Conversion tracking, server-side events where browser tracking has been eroded by privacy changes, and attribution wired to the actions that matter - qualified enquiries, trials, purchases.
Reporting shows cost per qualified lead and return on ad spend. Impressions and click-through rates are diagnostics, not results.
Usually, yes - it's the highest-leverage part. Doubling landing page conversion halves your cost per acquisition without touching the ad account.
Pages are built fast and tested against real traffic, rather than argued about internally before launch.
Questions
Ad spend and our management fee are separate numbers, and only one of them is yours to set. For ad spend, most accounts need at least $1,000–1,500 a month before there's enough data to optimise against - below that, you're paying to learn nothing. We'll quote the management fee after a short call, once we know what you're actually trying to do.
