Getting visitors to your store but not many orders?

Traffic that doesn't convert is usually a checkout problem, a speed problem, or a trust problem - and those are fixable. We build stores around the path from landing to paid, then keep tightening it after launch.

We build online stores around the path from landing page to completed payment, because that path is where revenue is actually won or lost. Most stores don't have a traffic problem; they have a checkout that asks too much, a catalogue that was structured in a hurry, or a homepage carrying three megabytes of images.

Fixed priceagreed before we start
  • Sound familiar?
  • People add to cart and then disappear before paying.
  • Your store slows to a crawl once you have real product counts.
  • Updating stock or prices means asking a developer every time.

The work

How this runs.

  1. 01

    We start at the checkout

We map the path to payment first, because that's where the money is lost.

  2. 02

    Catalogue structure before design

Products, variants and collections modelled properly - retrofitting this later is painful.

  3. 03

Built on a store you can run

You get a staging store to click through, load with real products, and test a live payment on.

  4. 04

    Launch, then tune

We watch real checkout behaviour after go-live and fix what's dropping people.

Detail

Worth knowing first.

Should you use Shopify or build a custom store?

Shopify for the large majority of stores. Payments, tax rules, fraud checks and PCI compliance are handled and maintained for you, and none of those are things worth rebuilding or owning forever.

Custom becomes the right answer when the catalogue or the pricing logic genuinely doesn't fit a product-and-variant model - B2B tiered pricing, per-customer catalogues, configurable or made-to-order goods, or deep integration into an ERP. That's a real minority, and we'll say so plainly rather than sell the bigger build.

Why do people abandon carts, and what actually fixes it?

The common causes are consistent across stores: shipping cost revealed late, a forced account signup, too many form fields, and a payment method the customer expected but didn't find.

The fixes are unglamorous - show total cost early, allow guest checkout, cut the form to what you genuinely need, and offer the local payment methods your market actually uses. In India that usually means UPI; in Europe it varies by country. Each of these is measurable on its own, which is how you tell a fix from a redesign.

Will migrating stores cost us our search rankings?

Not if the redirects are done properly. Every existing product, collection and content URL gets mapped to its new address before launch, so both customers and search engines land where they expected to.

Expect a short wobble while search engines re-crawl and re-associate the new URLs - that's normal and it recovers. Permanent losses are a symptom of missing redirects, not an unavoidable cost of migrating.

Do you need an ecommerce app as well as a website?

Not at the start. A fast mobile website converts most first-time buyers, and an app only pays back once you have repeat customers who would open it weekly. Building both on day one doubles the work before you know which one your customers prefer.

When the numbers say an app is worth it, we build it on the same catalogue and orders your website already uses, so stock, prices and customers stay in one place. Ecommerce app development is a second step, not a starting point.

Can you build an ecommerce website for a business in Ahmedabad?

Yes. We are based in Ahmedabad and build stores for businesses across India, the US and Europe. For Indian stores that means UPI and the common wallets at checkout, GST-ready invoices and shipping partners that actually cover your delivery pincodes.

You work with the same small team from first call to launch, and you own the store, the code and every account when we finish.

How do you keep a store fast as the catalogue grows?

Speed problems usually arrive with scale rather than at launch: unoptimised product imagery, an app for every small feature each adding its own scripts, and category pages loading far more products than a visitor will ever scroll.

We handle images at the pipeline level, keep third-party scripts deliberate and few, and paginate or lazy-load long collections. Store speed is a conversion lever and a ranking factor at the same time, so it's worth protecting rather than fixing annually.

Questions

Answered plainly.

Shopify for most stores - it handles payments, tax and compliance you'd otherwise maintain forever. Custom when your catalogue, pricing logic or integrations genuinely don't fit it. We'll tell you which one you are before you commit.
