Arrow Trips - Travel

A travel site where the product problem is a content problem

Fixed-departure group trips to the Himalayas and Rajasthan. A visitor needs to find a trip, confirm a date that works, and reach a human - so the site is built around a departure calendar, not a brochure layout.

The challenge

Group travel doesn't convert like a brochure. Someone browsing wants one thing first - is there a date that works for me - and a conventional trip-page layout hides that behind per-trip navigation. Separately, a schedule that changes weekly cannot live inside components, or every departure edit becomes a code change.

The brief

Travel. Arrow Trips.

Our approach

Trips, departures and reviews are separate typed content modules rather than page-level content, so adding a departure is a data change and every surface that renders it - calendar, trip page, homepage - updates together. The departure calendar puts every confirmed date across every trip in one chronological table. The primary call to action goes to WhatsApp, because that is how the business actually takes bookings.

What we did

Designed, built and shipped end to end.

What we built

  • Departure calendar - all confirmed dates, with region and price
  • Per-trip dynamic routes generated from a typed content module
  • WhatsApp-first booking funnel
  • Blog, reviews and a dedicated solo-travellers page
  • Generated sitemap and robots routes, with per-page metadata

The results

Built and running. Content and schedule changes no longer require a developer.

The outcome

1 data change updates every surface
